Description
As a Work Planner for Mechanical Installation Technology in the Non-residential sector, you ensure that mechanical engineering projects within the non-residential construction sector run smoothly from design to completion. You combine technical expertise, planning, and coordination, and translate technical designs into organized execution.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO-4 diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Installation Technology.
- Completed MIT-W program or the ambition to obtain one.
- Experience as a work planner within utility projects.
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations within installation technology.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit; BIM knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, technical insight, and ownership.
- Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
Tasks
- Responsible for the complete work preparation of HVAC installations (HVAC, climate control, sanitary) within new build and renovation projects.
- Developing technical installations and coordinating drawings in AutoCAD or Revit.
- Drawing up material and equipment planning and preparing procurement.
- Preparing calculations and substantiating additional and reduced work.
- Monitoring progress and coordinating with the project leader, suppliers, and technicians.
- Identifying technical bottlenecks and proposing appropriate solutions.
