Requirements: higher professional or university education, at least two years of relevant experience, and excellent Dutch language proficiency (C2).
Description
You have several years of experience in the physical domain and take the lead in projects related to the energy transition. You work on challenges that shape the Netherlands, such as resolving grid congestion, connecting new energy infrastructure, and enabling transformer substations in busy neighborhoods. In this role, you connect the project team, grid operators, municipalities, and local residents.
Job requirements
- Completed higher vocational or university education.
- At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably within infrastructure, energy, or area development.
- Affinity with the energy transition and societal issues.
- Good communication skills and a feel for stakeholder management.
- Proactive and structured work attitude.
- Fluent Dutch (C2).
Tasks
- Coordinating and acting as a link between the project team, grid operators, municipalities, and residents.
- Holding conversations with residents about nuisance, concerns, and participation.
- Coordinating plans and implementation agreements with municipalities and grid operators.
- Ensuring that the interests of all stakeholders are carefully taken into account.
- Providing support for expanding the electricity grid, installing transformer stations, laying cables, and accelerating connections for businesses.
- Contribute to public support and a future-proof energy system.
