Heat Pump Installer

As an independent heat pump technician, you install and commission hybrid and all-electric heat pump systems for residential and business customers.

• Relevant vocational education or demonstrable experience as a mechanic.
• Customer-oriented and neat working attitude with an eye for detail.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and central heating/water-side balancing is an advantage.
• A VCA and F-gas/refrigeration certificate are a plus, or a willingness to obtain them.
• Driving license B (E is a plus).

• Install, assemble, and commission heat pump systems (hybrid and all-electric) for residential and business customers.
• Connect central heating and hot water systems, piping, and meter cupboard.
• Perform refrigeration operations and test installations.
• Give customers a clear explanation regarding usage and maintenance.
• Leave the workplace tidy and ensure a proper handover.
• Mentor juniors if necessary and resolve malfunctions.
