As a Facilities Contract Manager, you work at the intersection of collaboration, contracts, and quality. Job requirements

Tasks

  • Drafting, managing, and evaluating contractual agreements with service providers.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, including via KPIs and periodic evaluations.
  • Fulfilling a connecting role between internal customers and suppliers, ensuring good coordination and clear agreements.
  • Actively contributing ideas to and initiating improvements in service delivery.
  • Collaborating with procurement on (European) tenders and ensuring suitable contracts that align with organisational objectives.
  • Continuing and optimizing existing contracts and building sustainable relationships with suppliers.
