Description
As a Lead Service Technician for Mechanical Installations, you are the technical point of contact for customers and colleagues, work with modern, sustainable installation systems, and combine technical expertise with a customer-oriented attitude.
Job requirements
- MBO-4 diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or similar.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience as a service technician in installation technology.
- In possession of relevant certifications (e.g. VCA, F-gases) or willingness to obtain them.
- Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and climate systems.
- Problem-solving skills and technical insight.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented attitude; working independently and proactively.
- Driving License B.
- Affinity with sustainable technologies and a willingness to continuously develop within the field.
Tasks
- Independently performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical installations.
- Conducting periodic inspections and preparing reports.
- Advising clients on the optimization and sustainability of their installations.
- Guiding and coaching junior mechanics.
- Maintaining technical knowledge through training and professional literature.
- Contributing ideas for improvements in work processes and service delivery.
- Accurately recording work performed and materials used.
