Civil Concrete Construction Estimator, responsible for preparing complete cost estimates and support with tenders.
Job requirements
- HBO working and thinking level and at least an MBO diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of work experience with civil, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with estimating civil projects.
- Accurate and able to work under pressure without loss of quality.
- Cost-conscious and familiar with pricing data and market developments.
- Analytical and pragmatic perspective, open to new insights.
- Keep a cool head amidst the dynamics of civil engineering projects.
Tasks
- Preparation of complete cost estimates for civil projects.
- Closely involved in tenders and project preparation.
- Working independently within a team and contributing to tender and project phases with knowledge and expertise.
- Contributing ideas regarding efficient implementation methods and proposing alternatives.
- Inventory and assessment of uncertainties and project risks.
- Contribute to a project organization where safety and sustainability are important.
