Requires technical MBO level 3 or 4 and fluent Dutch.
Description
As a process operator in the AVI department, you monitor the incineration plant and adjust the process to achieve optimal efficiency. You work on analyzing, improving, and adjusting the combustion process.
Job requirements
- Completed technical MBO 3 or 4 education, preferably in the direction of AOT, Vapro B, Vapro C or equivalent.
- Fluent Dutch.
- Loyal CV.
Tasks
- Monitoring and controlling the process, including adjusting combustion, flue gas cleaning, and electricity production.
- Carrying out first-line maintenance activities and preparing overhaul and maintenance activities.
- Participate in the Emergency Response organization and take part in the necessary training courses for this.

Description of the organization
You will be working at a sustainable waste-to-energy plant in Wijster, where waste is separated and recycled into valuable raw materials. Energy is generated from the plant in the form of electricity, steam, and green gas. Additionally, anaerobic digestion, composting, regranulate production, and water purification take place. Approximately 225 colleagues work at the site.
