Description
Freelance Junior Energy Transition Advisor for the Municipality of Sudwest-Fryslan within the Energy Transition portfolio. You make a concrete contribution to making sustainability accessible to residents, with a strong focus on coaching, unburdening, and subsidy support. You operate at the intersection of policy and implementation, translating complex regulations into understandable and workable solutions for residents and local initiatives.
Job requirements
- CV of no more than 5 A4 pages.
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or social geography.
- Demonstrable affinity with the energy transition and with social issues within the inclusive energy transition.
- Demonstrable examples of bridging the gap between policy and implementation and of translating processes into practice.
- Experience with writing council proposals.
- Basic knowledge of subsidy schemes (for ISDE and/or NIP).
- Good communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way to residents and initiators.
- Specific training, traineeship, or education in the field of energy transition.
- Demonstrable experience with data management and processing.
- Preferably residing in the region, at a maximum distance of approximately 35 km.
Tasks
- Contribute to making sustainability accessible to residents, with a focus on coaching, unburdening, and subsidy support.
- Translating complex regulations into understandable and workable solutions for residents and local initiatives.
- Ensuring the quality, integrity, and feasibility of initiatives and processes.
- Involving relevant stakeholders, carefully managing various interests, and maintaining control throughout all phases.
Working conditions
- Freelancer: 10% fixed margin on the hourly rate; complete freedom without non-compete or non-solicitation clauses; lightning-fast payment within one business day of receiving the client.
- Secondment: 15% margin on the hourly rate; remainder fully remunerated as gross salary; net payment within one working day after payment by the client; no restrictive clauses for the future.
