Description
New position within the Human Resources department at the Delfzijl/Farmsum location. You will work with HR business partners and the payroll administrator to ensure the smooth running of HR administration and HR processes.
Job requirements
- MBO/MBO+ working and thinking level in the direction of HR, legal administration, or business administration.
- Approximately 1–3 years of experience in HR; knowledge of payroll administration is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes and relevant laws and regulations; experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of the German language.
- Good organisational skills, structure, prioritizing, and an eye for detail.
- Honest and reliable in handling confidential information.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Tasks
- Independently handles personnel administration and associated document management.
- Serves as the point of contact for employees regarding questions about the collective labour agreement, (company) regulations, and terms of employment, and implements these.
- Processes changes related to onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, and drafts contracts, letters, and other HR documents, also for the HR administration of the German parent company.
- Assists with recruitment & selection: drafting and publishing vacancies and processing applications.
- Registers absenteeism and prepares reports.
- Manages and works with systems such as the HR information system, SAP, the absence system, and SharePoint.
- Supports and acts as a backup in the preparation and execution of payroll administration, including payroll runs, collecting and processing changes and expense claims, and verifying payslips, pensions, and insurance.
- Actively contributes to optimizing HR processes and participates in HR projects.
