Energy Transition Draftsman
You work on the technical development of infrastructure and the creation of working drawings.
Requires MBO4 or HBO in a civil engineering field and knowledge of AutoCAD.
You work with engineers on projects such as cables, pipelines, and distribution networks.
Description
You play an essential role in the technical development of infrastructure projects that contribute to the energy transition of the Netherlands. You work closely with experienced engineers, project managers, and estimators, and translate designs into detailed working drawings. You will become familiar with various aspects of civil infrastructure, from cables and pipelines to complete distribution networks.
Job requirements
- Completed education at MBO level 4 or HBO in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar.
- 0 to 1 year of work experience as a draftsman, preferably in the civil sector.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure and civil engineering.
- Work accurately and in a structured manner.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
Tasks
- Technical development of infrastructure projects for the energy transition.
- Translating designs into detailed working drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and estimators to coordinate drawings.
- Creating and modifying drawings in AutoCAD; preferably also working with Civil 3D.
- Contribute to projects such as cables, pipelines, and distribution networks.
