As a Site Manager, you lead and coordinate the daily execution of projects, particularly the new construction of high-voltage substations, station substations, and substations. You act as the point of contact for the client, make independent decisions, and are involved in work preparation.

• Secondary vocational or higher professional education in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in guiding, coaching, and managing staff.
• Able to maintain a good overview.
• Self-confidence and positive energy.

• Leading and coordinating the daily execution of projects.
• Execution of works for the new construction of high-voltage substations, substations, and substations.

• Monitoring risks to employees and the progress of the work.
