Description

As Manager Field Service & Installation, you form the link between technology, the customer, and the organisation. You ensure that installations are successfully delivered worldwide and continue to perform optimally, and you build a future-proof field service organisation that contributes to customer satisfaction, growth, and innovation.

Job requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.
  • Experience in a technical environment (e.g. mechanical engineering or installation technology).
  • Demonstrable experience with field service, installation, and commissioning.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing people.
  • Strong in process improvement and project-based work.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • An affinity with energy, hydrogen, or zero-emission mobility is a plus.
  • A strong leader with a passion for technology and service.

Tasks

  • Translating the business plan into concrete objectives for installation, commissioning, and service.
  • Developing a clear vision on field operations as a commercial growth engine.
  • Developing annual plans and KPIs and actively managing for results.
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15–20 professionals.
  • Coaching employees on ownership, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
  • Ensuring efficient planning and deployment, including internationally.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of projects to installation and commissioning.
  • Contribute to the development of service contracts and maintenance services.
