Description
Within the Energy Transition portfolio, you work on social issues surrounding the inclusive energy transition. You make a concrete contribution to making sustainability accessible to residents, with a strong focus on coaching, unburdening, and subsidy support. You operate at the intersection of policy and implementation, translating complex regulations into understandable and workable solutions for residents and local initiatives.
Job requirements
- CV maximum 5 A4 pages.
- Willingness to sign and submit a declaration of integrity from the client upon award.
- Submit a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) for risk areas 1, 4, and 8 (8 only for positions in the Social Domain) before the start of work; the candidate can only start after the Certificate of Conduct has been submitted.
- The candidate is not self-employed.
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or social geography.
- Demonstrable affinity with the energy transition and with social issues within the inclusive energy transition.
- Demonstrable experience bridging policy and implementation and translating processes into practice.
- Demonstrable experience in writing council proposals.
- Basic knowledge of subsidy schemes (ISDE and/or NIP).
Wishes:
- Residing in the region, maximum distance of 35 km.
- Specific training, traineeship, or education in the field of energy transition.
- Demonstrable experience with data management and processing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way to residents and initiators.
Tasks
- Coaching residents on sustainability and unburdening them during the process.
- Providing support with grant applications and procedures.
- Translating complex regulations into understandable and workable solutions for residents and local initiatives.
- Switching between policy and implementation and putting processes into practice.
- Collaborating with local initiatives to make sustainable solutions accessible.
Working conditions
- 24 hours per week.
- Location: Sneek.
- Assignment duration: 01-06-2026 to 31-12-2026, with option for extension.
