As Technical Expert (OIV) - Transport, you take a leading role in the energy transition and act as a link between policymakers and implementing parties in Hoogeveen.
You contribute to new standards through design and implementation and are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of HV/MV substations.
Job requirements
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capacity and decisiveness for tackling complex energy grid issues.
- Technical higher professional education, preferably Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology; a technical associate degree is also sufficient.
- Knowledge of grid configurations and grid installations/components.
- Experience with process and project management; knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation is a plus.
Tasks
- Collaborate closely with policymakers and implementers to prevent disruptions and realize projects.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned HV/MV stations.
- Advising Asset Management on maintenance and replacement guidelines.
- Provide technical input during the implementation of new business assets and the drafting of instructions.
- Ensure clear instructions and supervise correct implementation.
- Act as a technical incident manager during incidents and maintain contact with internal teams and external parties such as the fire department and local authorities.

Description of the organisation
You work within the Enexis NPM (Network Performance Management) business unit in the Technical Expertise North Electricity team, which consists of approximately 26 colleagues with a technical background.
