Work Planner REC
Work Planner within the Technical Department, responsible for the preparation and planning of maintenance work.
Assesses work, orders parts, and plans execution in consultation with production and third parties.
Requirements: MBO+/HBO technical working and thinking level, experience in work preparation and VOL-VCA or willingness to obtain it.
Description
The Residual Materials Energy Plant (REC) is a high-tech waste-to-energy plant that thermally converts residual materials into green electricity and steam. In this position within the Technical Department, you are responsible for the preparation, planning, and safe execution of maintenance work, and you act as a liaison between production, technical services, the warehouse, and suppliers. Safety, oversight, and continuity of the installation are paramount.
Job requirements
- Organizationally strong and proactive, with technical insight.
- Maintains an overview and switches easily between different parties; feels responsible for safety and quality.
- Clear communicator who dares to speak up and ensures agreements are honored.
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level with a technical educational background.
- Experience in a technical maintenance or production environment.
- Experience with work preparation and planning of maintenance activities.
- VOL-VCA, or willingness to obtain it.
Tasks
- Assessing incoming work and determining what is needed for successful execution.
- Ensure that all conditions are met and assign work to the right technicians.
- Inventory which parts are required and ensure that they are ordered.
- Maintain contact with production and external parties to schedule work at a convenient time, with minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Drawing up a clear plan and keeping the organisation informed of the progress of the work.
- Secure documentation in the maintenance system (Ultimo).

Description of the organisation

The REC team consists of approximately 46 colleagues distributed across various departments.
