Work Planner W-Installations Utilities
The Electrical Installations Work Planner handles the technical and organisational preparation of utility electrical projects.
Main tasks: preparing work plans, material lists, work instructions, and monitoring planning and materials.
Requirement: MBO Electrical Engineering or Installation Technology level 3; at a growing family business in Harlingen.
Description
As a Work Planner for Electrical Installations (Non-residential), you handle the technical and organisational preparation of electrical engineering projects within the non-residential construction sector. You work closely with project managers, engineers, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring that materials, working drawings, schedules, and instructions are available on time. You monitor progress and quality before projects enter the execution phase.
Job requirements
- Completed MBO education in Electrical Engineering or Installation Technology (minimum level 3).
- Demonstrable experience in electrical or installation engineering; experience as a work planner is a plus.
- The position is also suitable for an experienced E-engineer who wants to make the move to an office.
- Organizational talent with a technical affinity and an eye for quality.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good command of modern computer programs used in an office environment.
- Living within normal traveling distance of the office in Harlingen.
Tasks
- Technical preparation and development of electrical installations within utility projects.
- Drawing up work preparations, material lists and work orders.
- Providing clear work instructions for electrical installation engineers.
- Maintain contact with project managers, engineers, suppliers and executing technicians.
- Translating technical data into actionable tasks and monitoring progress.
- Identifying deviations and technical bottlenecks and converting them into practical solutions.
- Monitoring material availability and technical documentation.
