HVAC Project Coordinator

As an HVAC Project Coordinator, you translate plans and specifications into well-thought-out quotations and substantiated price calculations, and discuss these with clients within the project department.

• Graduate or Bachelor's degree in HVAC Systems, Renewable Energy Systems, or Climate Control.
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation and renewable energy.
• Experience with cost estimation and project development and follow-up is a strong plus, but not a must.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to think in terms of solutions and opportunities.
• Smooth communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
• Structured working and maintaining an overview of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm and customer-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience in the construction sector, in a wholesale company, or in a similar position is a plus.

• Analyzing plans, specifications, and design & build requests and translating them into concrete solutions for the client.
• Developing complete HVAC projects, from price calculations to material lists.
• Preparing accurate and detailed quotations.
• Building and managing customer files with technical data sheets, photos, and documentation.
• Monitoring the process from quotation to order and ensuring aftercare and excellent service.
• Maintaining contacts with suppliers, project clients and internal colleagues.
• Supporting representatives and colleagues with project-related questions.
• Actively keep up with new trends through training courses and information sessions.
• Combining technical expertise with commercial activities, including client visits and relationship building, and identifying commercial opportunities.
