Description
As an Electrical Supervisor, you ensure that maintenance, breakdowns, and replacement projects on the electricity grid in the Groningen region proceed safely and on schedule. You coach and manage technicians and specialists, prepare projects with work planners and engineers, and regularly supervise work on location.
Job requirements
- MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Several years of supervisory experience in the technical field, for example as a lead mechanic or site supervisor.
- Willingness to complete all training and courses required to become a fully qualified site manager.
Tasks
- Ensuring that the expansion, reinforcement, and maintenance of the electricity grid in the region are carried out safely and on schedule.
- Managing activities related to maintenance, breakdowns, inspections, and replacement projects, from preparation to completion.
- Coaching colleagues on safe and high-quality work and monitoring progress and quality.
- Supervise execution and perform switching operations.
- Drafting work plans and framework agreements and assisting in the execution of the Annual Order Book.
- Performing on-call duties for breakdowns approximately once every 5 to 6 weeks.
- Collaborate with work planners, other site managers, and engineers, and brainstorm on-site when necessary.
Working conditions
- Personal budget of 10%, a 13th month of 10,7%, and holiday allowance of 8% of the gross annual salary, to be used flexibly or paid out.
