Description
As a Process Technologist Water Treatment & Green Energy, you are the subject matter specialist within sustainable production processes, responsible for controlling and optimizing water treatment and fermentation plants, training operators, and contributing to process improvement and technological innovation.
Job requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably a completed degree in Chemical Technology or Process Technology.
- Specialization in or demonstrable experience with water purification and fermentation technology.
- Hands-on mentality; you feel at home in operations and are visible on the plant.
- Stress-resistant, flexible, and people-oriented; you can switch and collaborate at different levels.
- Strong analytical skills and safety, quality and environmental awareness.
- Experience in training or mentoring operators is a plus.
Tasks
- Control, optimize and monitor water purification and fermentation processes.
- Training and coaching of operators, including developing training materials.
- Initiating and supporting improvement and optimization projects.
- Analyze process data and laboratory results and adjust where necessary.
- Drawing up and complying with regulations in the field of quality, health and safety and the environment.
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively contributing to solutions.
- Respond flexibly to operational challenges, even outside regular working hours.
- Working together safely in a biogas environment.
Working conditions
- Excellent pension plan with a very low employee contribution of 3%.
- End-of-year bonus of 8,33%.
- 25 vacation days and 23 ADV days, which you can take or have (partially) paid out.
