Job requirements
- Shovel certificate.
- T driving licence (as described for driving licence B obtained before 1 July 2015 and renewed within 10 years).
- Experience operating a shovel with pallet forks.
- Forklift certificate.
- Preferably knowledge of common steel profiles and proficiency with gantry cranes and depot cranes.
- Safe hoisting certificate, or the possibility to obtain this through Sterk.
- Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
- Social, flexible, communicative, and meticulous in their work.
Tasks
- Operating a shovel, gantry crane, and forklift to move, sort, and stack heavy steel profiles.
- Loading and unloading trucks and checking loading documentation.
- Keeping track of incoming and outgoing goods so that the inventory is accurate.
- Performing minor repairs to equipment and reporting damage.
- Ensuring a neat, safe, and organized construction site and working in accordance with safety regulations.
- Supporting less experienced colleagues.
