Description
As a Gas Meter Cabinet Supervisor at Enexis, you manage meter cabinet work and act as the link between technicians and work planners. You ensure safe, professional, and timely execution, combining technology, people, and organisation in a versatile role.
Job requirements
- MBO-4 diploma in one of the following fields: Senior Gas, Water, or Heat Distribution Technician; Gas professional context; Infrastructure Gas Technician; Underground Infrastructure Technician (Gas specialization, KIWA); or Intermediate Gas Technology (KIWA).
- Administrative skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Willingness to attend training and courses.
Tasks
- Managing meter cabinet work to ensure it is carried out safely, professionally, and on schedule.
- Serve as a point of contact for technicians in the field and provide substantive and practical support with bottlenecks.
- Guiding and coaching new and experienced mechanics, focusing on safety, craftsmanship, and self-confidence.
- Ensure collaboration and a good team atmosphere; act as a link between technicians and work planners.
- Collaborating with other branches and initiating improvements in technical aspects and work processes.
- Handling organisational and administrative tasks, such as preparing and leading team meetings and maintaining progress reports.
- Promoting and enforcing safety principles, according to the motto 'We work safely, or we don't work at all'.
Working conditions

- In this position, you do not work on-call duty for breakdowns.
