Description

Responsible for ensuring that the expansion, upgrading, and maintenance of the electricity grid in the Groningen region are carried out safely and on schedule. You serve as a role model out in the field and are regularly present on location to supervise work. You prepare projects in collaboration with work planners, other site managers, and engineers.

Job requirements

  • MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Several years of supervisory experience in the technical field, for example as a lead mechanic or site supervisor.
  • Willingness to follow all training and courses necessary to become a fully-fledged executor.

  • Proficiency in finding technical solutions and responding quickly to malfunctions.

Tasks

  • Ensuring that work related to maintenance, breakdowns, inspections, and replacement projects is carried out safely and on schedule.
  • Leading activities from preparation to completion and ensuring compliance with work processes, rules, and safety regulations.
  • Supervise the execution and monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Performing switching operations.
  • Writing work plans and framework agreements.
  • Assist in the execution of the Annual Order Book.
  • Performing on-call duties for breakdowns (approximately once every 5 to 6 weeks).
