Description
As a Lead Operator, you coordinate the operation within the shift and ensure a stable and safe production process at a large-scale chemical production site in Delfzijl.
Job requirements
- Completed VAPRO B, AOT or MTS Process Technology.
- Experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
- Shows leadership within the team.
- Remains calm and decisive under pressure.
- Thinking ahead and sees opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English.
Tasks
- Starting and stopping units and installations.
- Blocking in and out and securing of installation parts.
- Carrying out inspection rounds and adjusting installations.
- Coordinating activities within the team.
- Analyzing and optimizing process flows.
- Performing failure analyses and structurally solving bottlenecks.
- Intensive collaboration with the control room, maintenance and production.
- Reporting to the Production Lead.
Working conditions
- Team allowance (30%).
- 8% holiday pay.
- Fixed year-end bonus equal to one month's salary.
