Description

As a Workshop Employee, you support technical and creative workshops and contribute to reuse and social impact at the Recycle Boulevard in Leeuwarden.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrably handy and solution-oriented.
  • Minimum MBO level 3 working and thinking level.

Tasks

  • Guiding and supporting volunteers with their activities and questions.
  • Working in various workshops, such as the technical department, bicycle workshop, woodworking workshop, and the furniture upcycling and repair department.
  • Ensuring a safe, tidy, and structured work environment.
  • Actively contribute ideas regarding the layout and improvement of the workshops.
  • Identifying opportunities and contributing ideas for optimizing the flow processes of residual streams.
  • Contribute to good cooperation between departments.
