The training program lasts a maximum of two years and offers you the chance to get to know the construction industry from A to Z.
Job requirements
- Higher professional or university level working and thinking skills with a background in construction.
- Limited work experience in construction is acceptable.
- Good communicative skills.
Tasks
- Participate in various projects in the roles of work planner, site manager, and estimator.
- Shadowing the QHSE department for a few weeks due to the safety policy.
- Gain experience with digital construction and BIM at the Information, Digitalization & Technology (ID&T) department.
- Participation in mandatory components of the program, such as QHSE and ID&T.
