Description
In this key role, you are the link between the client and the Workforce Management department in Groningen (Kolham). You ensure the smooth execution of projects through client-oriented communication and coordination with planners, engineers, and site managers.

Tasks
- Informing customers about project progress and providing regular status updates.
- Serves as a point of contact for customer inquiries and guides customers through the process.
- Consulting with clients regarding the desired delivery date and systematically processing this data.
- Conducting conversations with customers when desired dates are not feasible.
- Coordinate internally with colleagues to determine the execution date and required capacity.
- Ensuring that matters the client must arrange themselves are carried out in a timely and correct manner.
- Collaborating with planners, engineers, site managers, and external contractors to ensure that the requirements for execution are arranged on time.

Description of the organisation
The Workforce Management (WFM) department works in a close-knit, informal, and inclusive team of professionals. WFM is professional, agile, creative, and future-oriented, works based on roles, and places great value on collaboration, even under high pressure and dynamics.
WFM ensures that the necessary capacity, contractors, and materials are available in the short, medium, and long term to execute the production target and utilize it optimally. To this end, it collaborates closely with the Realization, Engineering & Construction, and Asset Management departments, and a significant amount of work is carried out by external contractors. Additionally, WFM manages requests and the connection of large-scale customers and handles customer contact regarding requests and execution planning.
