Description
As an Energy Desk Employee, you are the familiar face for residents who want to make their homes more sustainable. You are the essential link between residents and the necessary support within Assen's energy transition.
Job requirements
- HBO working and thinking level with 1–2 years of work experience, or MBO 4 with extensive experience.
- Extensive experience with Office and CRM systems.
- Affinity with sustainability or the willingness to delve into it.
- Strong in process-oriented work and maintaining smooth-running administration.
- Proactive and assertive personality with excellent organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Clear communication skills, reliability in keeping agreements, and a practical, approach-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular office hours for meetings.
Tasks
- Answering questions from residents and investigating their request for assistance.
- Arranging personal support, such as energy coaches and tailored energy advice.
- Organizing and staffing walk-in consultations and in-person appointments at the energy desk and ensuring a welcoming reception.
- Advising residents and colleagues on relevant subsidies and schemes and proactively sharing knowledge with participating organizations.
- Managing and updating the CRM system to provide insight into the progress of sustainability projects.
- Maintaining contact with colleagues and external partners to keep up-to-date information available.
