Job requirements

Tasks

  • Leading the exploration into wind energy on behalf of the municipality.
  • Coordinating and executing the participation process with residents, energy cooperatives, village interest associations, and other stakeholders.
  • Investigating alternatives to wind energy.
  • Drafting communication and necessary documents for administrative and political decision-making (Executive Board and Municipal Council).
  • Serve as a point of contact and attend on behalf of the municipality during meetings within the participation process.
  • Actively participate in the collaboration on wind energy with other municipalities and the Province of Drenthe, and advise on administrative decision-making.
