Rotating Work Planner
Description
As a Rotating Work Planner, you are the linchpin between the customer, the workshop, and the field within the Rotating & E-Machinery department. You translate technical requests into concrete plans and ensure the coordination of overhauls and maintenance of rotating equipment.
Job requirements
- MBO-4 or HBO in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
- Affinity with rotating equipment or machine building.
- Experience with customer contact and office duties is a plus.
- Administrative accuracy and structure.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Driving License B.
- Personal skills: brings structure to complex situations, maintains an overview during busy periods, technically curious, communicative and to the point, can set boundaries and is not afraid to ask for help.
Tasks
- Assessing applications and asking the right technical questions.
- Organizing, planning, and coordinating overhauls, inspections, and assembly work.
- Drafting work packages, calculations, and administrative documentation.
- Monitoring progress, quality, and deadlines.
- Maintaining customer contact and acting as the first point of contact.
- Liaising with technicians, mechanics, suppliers, and project management.
- Maintaining an overview and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
- Making decisions under high pressure and in emergency situations; acting as the person responsible for execution according to plan.
