Connecting link between planning and realization of civil infrastructure projects.
Tasks: drafting work and execution plans, preparing procurement and equipment, managing documentation and progress.
Required: MBO/HBO in Civil Engineering; some relevant work experience is a plus.
Description
The client is a civil engineering contractor based in the north of the country. You are the connecting link between planning and realization of various infrastructure projects; you independently shape the preparation process, supervise the execution, and work closely with the execution team.
Job requirements
- MBO or HBO education in (civil) engineering.
- Several years of relevant work experience is a plus.
- Eager to learn, flexible, and independent.
- Communicative skills.
- Entrepreneurial, responsible, and proactive attitude.
Tasks
- Drafting project plans in the areas of Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment.
- Drafting and maintaining work and execution plans and work schedules.
- Preparing the procurement and deployment of equipment, materials, and third parties.
- Identifying additional and reduced work and preparing quotations.
- Drafting and managing documentation and reports.
- Maintaining contact with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Establishing efficient and safe working methods.
- Monitoring progress and supervising execution.
