Work Planner/Estimator

Estimator and work planner who oversees projects from start to finish. You work largely from the office but are regularly present on the construction site to monitor progress and execution and to guide colleagues.

• At least a completed relevant MBO education or demonstrable practical experience.
• Experience in the construction industry is desirable so that you can independently visit construction sites and assess progress.
• Able to collaborate well and easily connect with colleagues and customers.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Preferably residing within approximately 30 kilometers of Nijensleek.

• Drawing up calculations and schedules.
• Analyzing drawings and schedules to map out material and personnel requirements.
• Preparing and checking quotations.
• Planning and coordinating activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Monitoring the progress, quality, and costs of projects.
• Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers and participating in work meetings at the office and on location.
• Identifying and developing innovative solutions for projects.

• The type of contract is tailored to experience; possibly starting with a one-year contract or immediately offering permanent employment.
• Works under the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labour Agreement; for full-time employment, 25 vacation days and 20 scheduled days off.
• Regular drinks and outings; annual staff outing and a barbecue during the construction holiday.
