Description
As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you are responsible for developing and reviewing HVAC designs for various projects in the Roden region. You work independently on your own projects within project teams of four to six people and occasionally provide on-site support for aftercare.
Job requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Installation Technology.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience with building-related installations and HVAC design.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO and NEN standards.
- Experience with VABI or similar calculation and modeling software is a plus.
- Good command of the Dutch language (minimum B1 level).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical advice.
- Proactive attitude and interest in sustainable and innovative installation techniques.
Tasks
- Developing and testing HVAC designs for projects in the Roden region.
- Advising clients and project teams on technical choices and sustainable solutions.
- Drafting specifications, calculations, and design guidelines for building-related installations.
- Collaborating with engineers, modelers, and external parties to ensure smooth project realization.
- Supervising the realization and delivery; monitoring execution and quality.
- Spatial division of roles: approximately 60% design and calculations, 25% implementation and coordination with execution, 15% inspection, delivery, and aftercare.
