Service Provider

As a Summer Trainee, you will support the Customer Service team, deepen your expertise in delivering outstanding customer experiences, and receive proper onboarding, guidance and support.

• Currently studying or having studied Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.
• Motivation to learn and grow knowledge in customer service processes and problem-solving.
• Some experience handling customer requests or supporting operational processes; earlier customer service work experience is valued but not mandatory.
• You must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment.
• A possible security clearance may be required and is obtained with your consent.

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Assist with order processing.
• Resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure smooth communication with Sales, Logistics and Finance to support daily operations and maintain high service quality.
