De Cluster Manager Marine Automation Systems is een functie bij Eekels | TBI op locatie Emmen. De rol rapporteert aan de Business Unit Manager en is verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van het cluster op het gebied van personeel, kwaliteit en verbeteringen.

Job requirements

  • Completed higher professional education in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • At least five years of experience as a project manager in this or a similar industry.
  • Experience with automation projects is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of contract management.
  • Knowledge of the project management method Prince2 is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.

Tasks

  • Managing a group of hardware and software engineers and a project leader.
  • Conducting annual interviews, assessing and supporting colleagues within the cluster.
  • Inzicht geven in capaciteitsbehoefte en capaciteit toewijzen aan projectteams.
  • Chairing cluster meetings and informing colleagues about organizational information, including quality and safety.

  • Actively contribute to the Business Unit's strategy by writing strategic and operational plans.
