Description

As a trainee, you participate in a two-year development program in which you gain experience within various teams and departments. You choose a direction that suits your background and interests (B2C, B2B, Engineering, or Finance). You are guided by experienced colleagues, a mentor, and a coach, and get to know the organization from the inside to develop professionally and personally.

Job requirements

  • Completed HBO or WO degree relevant to one of the traineeships (for example, Industrial Engineering, Economics, AI, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, or similar).
  • Good command of the Dutch language.
  • Ability to actively give and receive feedback.
  • Taking initiative and bearing responsibility for one's own development.
  • Able to collaborate well with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Willingness to work within various teams, departments, and locations, possibly also abroad.
  • Reflective capacity and willingness to learn from experiences.
  • Motivated to contribute to the energy transition.
