As a trainee, you participate in a two-year development program in which you gain experience within various teams and departments. You choose a direction that suits your background and interests (B2C, B2B, Engineering, or Finance). You are guided by experienced colleagues, a mentor, and a coach, and get to know the organization from the inside to develop professionally and personally.
Job requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree relevant to one of the traineeships (for example, Industrial Engineering, Economics, AI, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, or similar).
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Ability to actively give and receive feedback.
- Taking initiative and bearing responsibility for one's own development.
- Able to collaborate well with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to work within various teams, departments, and locations, possibly also abroad.
- Reflective capacity and willingness to learn from experiences.
- Motivated to contribute to the energy transition.
- Work accurately and keep agreements.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- For technical fields: in possession of a B driving license.
Tasks
- Working on diverse assignments within different teams and departments.
- Carrying out four different assignments, where you gain increasing control over your own development.
- Preparing for a permanent position within the organization.
