Description
As a two-shift operator at the Farmsum factory, you support a cleaner future in an energy-neutral environment. With your technical skills, you contribute to a smooth production process and the scaling up of the factory.
Job requirements
- Experience as an operator in a production environment.
- Valid forklift certificate and experience with forklift operations.
- Proficiency in the Dutch language for safety and communication.
- Driving license and own transport due to shift work.
Tasks
- Packaging raw materials into big bags from various bunkers, primarily using a forklift.
- Operate, maintain, and inspect the cleaning and bagging installation to ensure an efficient process.
- Ensuring a clean and safe workplace and monitoring product and process quality.
- Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions on the packing line.
- Actively contribute ideas for process improvements and foster good collaboration within the team.
Working conditions
- 12% shift allowance available.
- Assignment for an indefinite period, with an initial period through Start People.
- Full-time position in a two-shift system.
- 25 days of vacation and 8% holiday allowance.
