Description

As a Mid-level Contract Manager for Integrated Energy Transition, you are the linchpin in the contract management of complex infrastructure projects that contribute to the energy transition. You work on projects centered on the construction and maintenance of underground infrastructure for utilities. You are responsible for drafting, managing, and monitoring contracts and serve as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding contractual issues.

Job requirements

  • Completed higher professional or university degree in a relevant field, such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Law, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of contract formats such as UAV and UAV-GC; experience with energy transition projects is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and manage risks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

  • Drafting, assessing, and negotiating contracts for energy transition projects.
  • Managing contract changes and advising on contractual risks.
  • Monitoring contractual obligations and reporting deviations.
  • Act as a link between project teams, clients and legal advisors.
  • Analyzing contractual claims and preparing dispute resolution.
  • Advising project managers on contract management and risk management.
  • Preparing reports on the contractual status of projects.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of contract management processes.
