Tasks

  • Working with colleagues from the chain: Corporate Banking, Asset Management, Production, and Communication.
  • Acting as a connecting linchpin and maintaining an overview in a multidisciplinary process.
  • Developing and maintaining a chain-wide release schedule and sub-schedules per release.
  • Coordinating the entire release cycle: initiating, executing, and completing releases, and monitoring process agreements and dependencies.
  • Ensuring that activities start on time, dependencies are clear, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks early.
  • Feeding teams with accurate progress information and actively providing feedback to involved teams and change.
  • Preparing clear reports on progress, risks, and results.
  • Addressing issues chain-wide, assigning actions to the appropriate departments, following up and escalating when necessary.
  • Ensuring that releases are predictable, executable, and explainable to internal stakeholders and customers.
