Shovel Driver

As a Shovel Operator, you work in a modern recycling plant and contribute to moving materials and supporting production processes.

• VAPRO A-training.
• Valid shovel certificate.
• Familiarity with production processes and an eye for detail.
• Good communication skills; able to work both independently and in a team.

• Preferably experience in a busy production environment where speed and precision are crucial.

• Safely and efficiently move materials, recycled materials, and goods within the production facility.
• Ensuring the maintenance of the shovel and identifying technical problems.
• Work accurately and carefully to ensure that recycling and production processes run smoothly.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment and strictly adhere to safety regulations.
• Be alert to your surroundings to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure production runs efficiently and according to schedule.

CIRCTEC converts worn car tires into Carbon Black and biofuels in an energy-neutral way. Following the opening by King Willem-Alexander in early 2026, the plant started phase 2 of the expansion, adding 22 extra reactors alongside the first six. CIRCTEC started with approximately 60 employees at the opening and aims to grow to around 120 employees by 2028.
