Gas Meter Box Executor

As a Gas Meter Cabinet Supervisor, you ensure that meter cabinet work proceeds smoothly and act as the link between technicians and work planners. With your leadership and technical knowledge, you contribute directly to a safe and future-proof energy grid.

• Affinity with underground infrastructure and energy supply.
• MBO-4 diploma, for example Senior Gas, Water or Heat Distribution Technician; Infrastructure Gas Technician; Underground Infrastructure Technician (gas specialization); or Intermediate Gas Technology (KIWA).
• Experience in gas or infrastructure technology.
• Administratively skilled and able to maintain an overview.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to guide and manage colleagues.
• Willingness to pursue additional training and courses.

• Directing and coordinating all meter cabinet work.
• Ensuring that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Regular contact with technicians in the field and provide substantive and practical support.
• Guiding and coaching new and experienced mechanics and contributing to their development.
• Coordinating activities with work planners, maintaining an overview, and intervening when necessary.
• Actively promoting safety in daily work.
• Perform organizational and administrative tasks, such as preparing and leading work meetings and tracking progress and work processes.
• Contributing ideas for improvements in working methods and helping the team work more efficiently and with a future-oriented approach.
