River Modeler
Junior Modeler responsible for setting up and developing 3D and BIM models. Tasks include modeling, optimizations, and quality control in multidisciplinary projects. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, digital modeling skills, and a good command of Dutch.
Description
As a junior modeller, you work on complex water-related projects and deliver 3D and BIM models that contribute directly to realization and water safety.
Job requirements
- Completed higher professional or university degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong digital skills and an affinity for modeling
- Experience with BIM and tools such as Civil 3D is a plus.
- Ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
- Good command of the Dutch language
Tasks
- Assisting with the modeling of dikes and hydraulic engineering designs
- Setting up and developing 3D models to execution level
- Contributing ideas regarding optimizations and innovative design choices
- Collaborating with geotechnical consultants and GIS specialists
- Explaining designs within project and execution teams
- Contribute to design notes and document design choices
- Assisting with reviews, assessment, and quality assurance
- Working on integrated BIM models with various disciplines
