Service Coordinator
Description
Eekels | TBI is looking for a Service Coordinator for the Kolham location. You will be the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues regarding planned and unplanned service and maintenance work. You will actively contribute to improving service processes and technical issues, provide input on complex service jobs, and maintain overview, priorities, and quality within the service team.
Job requirements
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level with an electrical engineering background.
- Experience in a service, coordination or technical support role, preferably in a systems or project environment.
- Ability to maintain an overview, set priorities and make decisions, even under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of team work and ownership.
- Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
Tasks
- Maintaining contacts with clients and product suppliers (internationally) for planned and unplanned service and maintenance work.
- Coordinate, plan and monitor service orders from request to completion.
- Preparation of quotations, maintenance plans, spare parts advice and calculations.
- Coordinate and communicate with service engineers about planning, progress, and deployment.
- Maintaining priorities and consistency in working methods and communication; serving as a source of information and sparring partner.
- Ensuring clear and accurate reporting, including for invoicing purposes.
- Ordering materials and equipment and monitoring delivery times.
