Experienced glazier wanted immediately. Responsible for installing and insulating glass in homes and buildings, and performing sealing and repair work on both new and existing buildings.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a glazier.
- Ability to work independently.
- Available for 40 hours per week.

- Reliable, presentable, communicative, and accurate.
- Working and thinking in a customer-oriented and solution-oriented manner.
- In possession of driving license B.
- In possession of a VCA certificate.
- Willingness to work on-call shifts for the 24-hour emergency service; residing within a maximum of 15 km of Assen.
Tasks
- Installation of glass panes (single, insulating, and specialty glass) in windows and frames, in both existing buildings and new construction.
- Installation of interior glass for bathrooms (shower doors and shower cabins), kitchens, balustrades, stairs, mirrors, tables, doors, and walls, among others.
- Measuring and cutting single glass to size.
- Planning and preparing work activities.
- Safe transport of glass.
- Removal of old glass, frames, and sealant.
- Repairing damage to window frames, such as wood rot.
- Installation of wooden, uPVC, steel, or aluminium frames.
- Caulking work.
- Assisting the fire department and police in securing access to properties.
