Supervisor working on electrical and control systems on infrastructure projects. Managing technicians, assembly, drawing verification, and progress monitoring. Requirements: minimum MBO-3 in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and experience in infrastructure or industry.
Description
You set projects and people in motion on infrastructure projects in the Northern Netherlands, from movable bridges to pumping stations. You work with modern techniques and have the opportunity to contribute ideas regarding execution; your technical knowledge and leadership qualities strengthen the team and the project results.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO-3 diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Experience in infrastructure or industry.
- Leadership ambition or experience in a managerial role.
- Willingness to work primarily outdoors and a flexible attitude.
- Proactive, maintains an overview, and is able to get the best out of the team and technology.
Tasks
- Ensuring that technology and the team work well together on location.
- Combining hands-on craftsmanship with leadership.
- Leading and coaching a team of mechanics on the shop floor.
- Actively participate in the installation of electrical and control systems.
- Checking drawings for feasibility and contributing ideas regarding the execution.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to project management.
