Description
Commercial Safety & Technical Advisor: you are the face of the organization to clients and prospects and work on commercial growth through advice and solutions for safe and technical work at height, in depth, or in confined spaces. Additionally, we are seeking safety support staff to assist with safe access to installations and potentially participate in rescue teams after training and experience.
Job requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or commercial services.
- Affinity with technology, industry, or safety.
- Proactive and independent working attitude.
- Strong in relationship management and cold calling.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled in communication.
- Accurate in follow-up and administrative processing.
- Available for at least 24 hours per week.
- For safety support: motivated, in good physical condition, willing to travel, and willing to work night shifts.
Tasks
- Actively approaching new customers and building lasting relationships.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and translating customer needs into appropriate, practical, and safe solutions.
- Structured market approach based on a proprietary sales plan.
- Following up on commercial activities and contact moments, such as appointments, quotations, and trade show visits, and processing them in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with internal colleagues to translate client issues into workable solutions.
- Mostly conducting on-site interviews to identify risks and technical challenges.
- As a safety support employee: collaborating with colleagues within the industry to facilitate safe working practices, guiding personnel in accessing installations, and, after training and experience, participating in rescue teams.
