Job requirements

  • Minimum MBO-4 level in Measurement & Control Technology, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering, or demonstrable experience with calibration, instrumentation, or process control.
  • Eager to learn and motivated for technology.
  • Knowledge of chemical analyses and/or quality measurements is an advantage.
  • Experience as a mechanic in an industrial environment and/or experience in the (petro)chemical industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch; sufficient English to understand technical manuals.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • No fear of heights.

Tasks

  • Assist in or independently perform calibration, adjustment, repair, and maintenance of gas and water quality measuring equipment.
  • Ensure thorough feedback on performed calibrations and other activities.
  • Testing, commissioning, and maintenance of systems and equipment in process-related installations, primarily in the chemical industry.
  • Resolving technical malfunctions under supervision or independently.
  • Performing calibration and functional checks based on maintenance concepts, diagrams, and drawings.
