Description

As a working foreman insulation, you are the linchpin in the execution and management of on-site work; you actively participate in the work, lead a team of installers, and ensure that the work is carried out safely and in accordance with regulations. You maintain contact with your supervisor and the client regarding execution and planning.

Job requirements

  • Engaged foreman with clear communication skills and positive leadership of the team.
  • MBO working and thinking level.
  • Extensive relevant work experience as a manager.
  • VCA-VOL certificate.
  • Driving License B.
  • Subject-related courses.
  • Good command of Dutch and some speaking skills in English and/or German.

Tasks

  • Responsible for the correct and safe execution of insulation-related work.
  • Performing insulation, (dis)assembly, and sealing work.
  • Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity by executing procedures and work instructions.
  • Managing a team of (apprentice) mechanics and seconded staff; providing clear work instructions and delegating where necessary.
  • Guiding, training, and coaching (apprentice) mechanics.
  • Maintain contact with clients, contractors, and project managers and inform them about progress and bottlenecks.
