Measurement & Control Technician

As a Measurement and Control Technician, you will work from our office in Dokkum within a driven project team on challenging utility and industrial projects. You will provide craftsmanship on projects in healthcare facilities, government buildings, and educational institutions, and are an indispensable link in the team. Together with project leaders, engineers, and fellow technicians, you will work on sustainable and efficient technical solutions.

• At least a completed MBO education (level 4) in installation technology.
• At least five years of work experience, optionally supplemented with relevant courses and training.
• Affinity with building management systems (BMS).
• Ability to switch between different projects and maintain an overview.
• Good communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• In possession of a valid VCA certificate or willing to obtain one.

• Independently laying out, installing, and commissioning measurement and control systems, often with complex controls.
• Coordinating activities and contributing ideas for technical solutions within projects.
• Keep a close eye on changes during construction on (revision) drawings.
• Collaborate closely with project leaders, engineers, and fellow technicians to deliver projects efficiently and sustainably.
• Applying expertise in refrigeration technology so that systems function properly and customers can count on you.
