You are a skilled, enthusiastic, and collaborative coordinator who works proactively, critically, and with integrity. You can easily adapt within a complex organization, are stress-resistant, and know how to constructively turn resistance into collaboration.

  • Completed higher professional education.
  • Demonstrable experience in (substantively) managing employees and external clients, for example as a project leader.
  • Affinity with sustainability and willingness to obtain a training certificate.
  • Experience with policy development, program management, drafting reports, and working according to the PDCA cycle.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus.

Tasks

  • Act as a point of contact for environmental and energy matters.
  • Connecting sustainability with daily care practice.
