Description
As a Grant Advisor, you help clients connect innovations, plans, investments, and projects with current grant opportunities. You act as a regular sparring partner to maximize grants and work primarily for long-term relationships and relevant clients. The role is suitable for professionals seeking depth and combines advisory work, project management, substantive writing, and strategic and tactical involvement in relatively larger and complex grant and project applications. After a thorough onboarding period, you will be assigned your own client portfolio, which you will further develop and serve.
Job requirements
- Completed academic education in business economics, policy-making, or (technical) business administration.
- Several years of commercial, substantive advisory work experience at a business service provider with a highly digitized work environment.
- Drive for innovation, an effective communication style, and a strategic perspective.
- A very thorough and meticulous (work) attitude.
- Previously responsible for my own client portfolio.
- Driving license B and own transportation.
Tasks
- Identifying subsidy opportunities.
- Maintaining contacts with grant-giving bodies.
- Drafting grant applications.
- Managing the administrative monitoring of the entire process.
- Acting as advisor, project manager, and content writer for larger and complex applications.
- Expanding and managing your own client portfolio after the onboarding period.
- Perform work within one's own organization or at the client's location.
